In every organization, strong security must be always present to prevent data or information lost. Last week I've learned many concepts and sayings that will help me and to my future companies and family to be secured at all times. Passwords are most commonly used authentication yet the weakest type of it. It really bothers me how the weakest are the most widely used in the world. Passwords must be change every time and we must put a strong and long combination on it to prevent the hackers or to make the proccess long for them to crack. Another thing is that we should always check on the contract on our work about Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP). It is the rule in which where, when or how to use the resources from the company. Third thing is that I've learned that the strongest way to kill a human, oh sorry, to delete a document/device is to dispose and destroy it.
